Refund & Cancellation Policy

Locket Company Solutions LLC stands behind every digital product we sell. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which customers may request a refund for any digital course, template pack, tool, or other product purchased directly from us.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All digital products are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days, provided that you have not consumed more than 30% of the product's content (as measured by lesson completion, downloads, or template usage).

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to contact@locketcompanysolutionsllc.com including:

  • Full name used at checkout
  • Email address used at checkout
  • Order number / transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products purchased more than 14 days ago.
  • Products with more than 30% of content consumed.
  • Customized 1-on-1 services, consulting calls, or done-for-you work after delivery has begun.
  • Bundles where one or more individual items have been fully downloaded.

4. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage customers to contact us first before initiating a chargeback with their card issuer. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may be disputed with full evidence of product delivery and usage. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and referral to collections.

5. Cancellations of Recurring Subscriptions

For products billed on a recurring basis, you may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing; already-billed periods are non-refundable unless covered by the 14-day guarantee above.
